2 HCU (~2 SRM)
Bitterness: 8 IBU
OG: 1.037 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 3.2% v/v (2.5% w/w)
Water: Bottled spring water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.123 1.5 gallons
5 lb. 0 oz. Wheat extract
Hops: .5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: 1 packet of dry ale yeast
Log: Primary fermenter for 1 week. Secondary for 2 weeks, bottle, enjoy!
Carbonation: used 3/4 cup of corn sugar. It came out a bit flat.
Tasting: Beer tasted pertty good, just a little flat.
