Pucker up Lemon Wheat

This is a great summer beer. Light and refreshing. I am not normally a "fruit beer" fan but this is my one exception.

6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 28 IBU

Alcohol: 5.7% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Water: Living in Colorado there is no real need for water treatment.

Steep: Add the grains to ~6 gallons of water and steep until the water reaches 160 degrees.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 6 gallons
6 lb. Wheat extract
