Maple Wheat

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 23 liters

27 HCU (~14 SRM)
Bitterness: 0 IBU
OG: 1.055 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.7% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Grain: 125g British chocolate
Steep: Steep 125g of Chocolate Malt in 2L of water for 30 minutes at 60° C.
Boil: 0 minutes SG 1.050 25 liters
2kg Light malt extract
1kg 700g Wheat extract
375g Maple syrup
Did not use a boil in this particular recipe. Just added 2L of boiled water to extract in primary and stir well to mix.
The wheat extract used is a Morgan's Hopped Wheat LME.
Hops:
Yeast: Used Morgan's Dry Ale Yeast(2 packages)
Log: Have not started this batch as of yet, but hope to get started ASAP.
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Dried Malt Extract: 9.16 oz. for 23 liters @ 24°C
