Steep: steep grains and remove at 170 degrees
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.140 2 gallons
6 lb. 6 oz. Wheat extract
1 lb. Maple syrup
add maple sryup and black cherry juice at the 50 minute mark of the boil
Hops: 1.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: use wyeast wheat
Log: when rack into secondary add 32oz black cherry juice
Carbonation: 3/4 cup maple sryup
