Tweak of an Aventinus clone recipe originally from Wheeler and Protz's "Brew Classic European Beers at Home". Basically adjusted hops to fit expected IBU's.

2.2 lb. German Munich
1.6 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
Mash: 70% efficiency
122deg protein rest for 25min, then needed 75min at 149deg for full conversion. Mashout at 175deg. End sparge SG >1.025.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.070 5.5 gallons
Irish moss @ 15min left in boil.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.1% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.1% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 3056 Bavarian Wheat Blend
Carbonation: Plan to keg and drink
