6.9 oz. British crystal 70-80L
3.4 oz. Sprcial Roast
3.4 oz. Torrified Wheat
Mash: 75% efficiency
Mashed in at 152° Held for 70 min. until reached convertion. Sparged to collect 7.5 gals.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.031 7.5 gallons
1 tsp. Irish moss last 15 min.
Hops: 0.96 oz. First Gold (8.2% AA, 60 min.)
0.96 oz. First Gold (8.2% AA, 20 min.)
2 oz. First Gold (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1332 NW.Ale yeast
Log: Brewed 2/10/99 Primary 68° for 6 days and racked to Secondary for 7days @ 68° Then Dry Hopped in keg with 1/2 oz. East Kent Goldings
Carbonation: 1.3 volumes
