Grain: 2 lb. German Pilsner
4.5 lb. Wheat malt
.33 lb. Rice hulls
Mash: 75% efficiency
Single-infusion mash: Saccharification @ 152°F for 60 min. Batch sparge @ 170°F for 10-15 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.061 4.25 gallons
2 lb. Wheat DME
No irish moss in this one--needs to be non-filtered and a bit cloudy to fit style.
Hops: .75 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Weihenstephan Weizen #3068
Carbonation: 8.5 oz corn sugar for approx 4 volumes CO2.
