Bitterness: 13 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 5.1% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Water: Flitered tap, 1 micron/charcol.
Grain: 3 lb. German Pilsner
8.5 lb. Wheat malt
Mash: 60% efficiency
Single step infusion, 60 min @152F.
1.25 qts water / lb. grain.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 6.5 gallons
1/2 tsp irish moss @ 20 min.
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: White Labs WLP300.
Log: You must use a blow off tube for primary!
Primary 1 week.
Secondary 1 week.
Carbonation: 3.6 volumes Keg: 24.1 psi @ 40°F
Served on tap all year round.
Tasting: Its great with or with lemon!
