3 HCU (~3 SRM)
Bitterness: 7 IBU
OG: 1.043 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.2% v/v (3.3% w/w)
Water: Tap
Grain: 4 oz. Wheat malt
4 oz. American crystal 10L
4 oz. Flaked oats
8 oz. Rice (raw)
Steep: steep oats,cooked rice, crystal 10L, wheat malt for 20 min at 155*
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.150 1 gallons
3.3 lb. Wheat extract
4 oz. Corn sugar
puree (2)can pie peach boil for 10 min dont burn it, add to wort and steep for 10 min at end of 60 min wort boil.
Hops: .250 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: muntons ale
Carbonation: 5 table spoon of corn sugar, 6 table spoon of peach extract
Tasting: let age in frig to mellow peach flavor
