Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4.6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4.6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Used combination slurry of two strains:
2 quarts - White Labs Hefe IV
2 quarts - White Labs Belgian Wit II
