Grain: 2 lb. 5 oz. Raw wheat
Steep: Brought water to a boil. removed kettle from the heat and added the wheat. brought water back to a boil and removed the wheat.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.084 3 gallons
6 lb. Wheat extract
Used Irish moss
Hops: 1.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs 3333
Log: Brewed on march 2, 2002. Primary fermentation 7 days at 68 degrees. Racked into secondary on March 9 for 11 days. Bottled on march 20.
Carbonation: 3.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 7.35 oz. for 5 gallons @ 68°F
Tasting: Gave it s try last nite and it turned out pretty good. even my wife enjoyed and she like wine. Has a hint of clover and bananna.
