8 oz. Wheat malt
1 lb. Crystal Wheat 60L
8 oz. American crystal 60L
Mash: 50% efficiency
Hold grains in 1 gallon 152-156F water for 40 minutes then sparge with 1 gallon 165 water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 6 gallons
6 lb. Wheat extract
Hops: 1.5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: WYeast Weihenstephan Wheat #3068
