Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 13 gallons
Irish Moss added at 75 min into boil
Hops: 2 oz. German Hallertaur (3.3% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast liquid German Yeast
Log: Brew date 01 Jan 97
Carbonation: Batch method, 1.5 cups (10 gal batch) priming sugar.
