Popkas 2000

Malty smooth sweet/bitter balance is the goal in this traditional
Marzen/Octoberfest. This beer will lager at 32 degrees for 8 months.
I'm laying down a box of nice cigars to age with this beer till the
Octoberfest celebration. If this batch is as good as last year's, we
should consider brewing more.
