Use a coffee grinder for red milo grain. Bird resistant varieties will have too much tannin and be offensive.

Water: Reverse Osmosis with a few grains of epsom salts
Grain: 1.00 lb. Ground Red Milo
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 6.4 gallons
5.5 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Hops: 0.75 oz. Glacier (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
1.00 oz. Santiam (6.0% AA, 20 min.)
Yeast: WYeast 2272 North American Lager
Log: Finish with steamed hickory chips.
