Mash-in at 140. Actual strike temp. 142-148 30 min
Conversion at 154 for 55 min.
Raise temp to 160 for mash out.
Sparge w/ 170 degree water. Recirculate to clear.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.047 7.25 gallons
Hops: .75 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 45 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 2007 .5 gal. starter
Log: Pitched yeast 58 degrees
primary ferment 50 degrees for 1 month
secondary ferment 16 days 45 degrees
Carbonation: 2/3 cup corn sugar at bottling
