Steep: Steep grains at 155F for 15 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 4 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
.5 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Honey
Add Irish Moss half-way through boil.
Hops: .5 oz. Fuggles (4.% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 (American Ale)
Carbonation: 1.8 volumes Corn Sugar: 1.44 oz. for 3 gallons @ 65°F
