mash @ 150°F for 60 min.

Hops: 1.5 oz. Saaz (4.0% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Bavarian Lager from 500 ml starter
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.32 oz. for 5.0 gallons @ 60°F
