Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.045 6.5 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Munich or Bavarian lager in 1 quart starter.
Log: Ferment at 50 degrees.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Keg: 14.9 psi @ 45°F
