A slightly darker version of the Dortmunder style. This is a richer more complex Dortmunder as might be brewed for longer keeping in old Europe or early America.

0.50 oz. Santiam (6.0% AA, 20 min.)
Yeast: BrewTek CL-660 North German Lager
or a Danish Lager
