Schlag Hinter

This is my first lager...since it is cold outside I thought this would be a good time to do it. I call it Schlag Hinter meaning Slap back in german...SLAPBACK is my band's name.
We shall see if it tatses good.

Bitterness: 10 IBU
OG: 1.063 FG: 1.020
Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Water: East Bay MUDD
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.094 3.0 gallons
5.0 lb. German Pils extract
2.0 lb. German wheat DME
3.0 oz. Brown sugar
irish moss at the end
Hops: 2.0 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: lager dry yeast
