Grain: 4 1/2 lb. British lager
1 lb. American Vienna
1/2 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)

I mashed in at a ratio of 1 qt/lb. Kettle mashing allows me
to reach the other temperatures without further infusions.

5 min. mash out @ 170°F

Fermented in garage at ~60°F
Racked after ~10 days
Bottled: 2/17/97
Carbonation: 2.5 oz corn sugar (for 2.8 gallons)
Tasting: Comes across slightly sweet, hop bitterness definitely in the

me of Bohemia beer imported from Mexico.
