Add 4 lbs of Frozen Raspberries to Wort after you turn the heat off. Let steep for 5 mins then cool as normal. Also add 20 drops pectic Enzyme in secondary fermenter.

Alcohol: 8.7% v/v (6.8% w/w)
Water: Distilled water
Grain: 2 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. Belgian CaraVienne
1 lb. American crystal 10L
Steep: Steep grains for 30 mins in 150 deg water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.224 2 gallons
8 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Rice extract
1 teaspoon Irish Moss for last 30 mins of boil
Hops: 2.5 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
0.5 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Recycled Ale yeast
Log: All fermentation was in a dark room, about 68 deg. Primary for 5 days. Secondary for 10 days. 2/3 cup corn sugar for priming. Wait at least 3 weeks after bottling.
