Boddingtons Style Bitter

I'm aiming for a Boddington's Style session beer. One of my main aims was o reduce brewing time to a minimum.

Bitterness: 39 IBU
OG: 1.040 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 3.9% v/v (3.1% w/w)
Water: Cheshire Tap Water
Grain: 3.07kg British pale
0.23kg Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
112g British crystal 50-60L
28g British chocolate
Mash: 86% efficiency
10L 67c for 40 minutes strike temp 77c
Batch Sparge with 23L strike temp 77c
Top up boil to 30L
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.031 30 liters
I added 25g NB with first runnings to kettle.
Hops: 25g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
25g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
25g Northern Brewer (aroma)
Yeast: Youngs Ale yeast
