Bitterness: 26 IBU
OG: 1.054 FG: 1.011
Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Water: Used tap water, but if water in your area is "hard" use bottled spring water
Grain: 400g British pale
200g German Pilsner
300g British crystal 70-80L
Mash: 75% efficiency
Mash Grains @ 68°C for 2 hours
Boil: 60 min minutes SG 1.134 8 liters
1.5kg Light malt extract
250g Light dry malt extract
1kg Corn sugar
Add 1tsp Irish Moss, 45 min into the the boil.
Hops: 50g Cluster (8% AA, 60 min.)
10g Cluster (8% AA, 15 min.)
15g Cluster (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast # 1056 American Ale Yeast
Carbonation: Add 140g Dextrose (Corn Sugar) at bottling
