Water: untreated 8 foot hand dug well in rural Vermont
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.083 3 gallons
6.5 lb. Light malt extract
4 oz. grade B Maple syrup
Hops: 1.5 oz. Fuggles (4.1% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.1% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: coopers
Tasting: 7 days after bottling: Great fuggles bitter in aroma and flavor. Maple flavor is very much there. Carb level is perfect from the maple priming. This beer actually turned out great!
