Captain Shay's Bitter

I was trying to create a traditional british bitter with this recipe. I sat down and drank one tonight and it tastes great!

Type: Partial mash Size: 5 gallons
Color:
15 HCU (~9 SRM)
Bitterness: 27 IBU
OG: 1.044 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 3.9% v/v (3.1% w/w)
Grain: 12 oz. British crystal 50-60L
Mash: 75% efficiency
No specifics, mashed the crystal malt
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 5.5 gallons
4 lb. 8 oz. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Used Whitbread dry yeast and had a long time starting. Probably would try something faster acting next time.
