I called this one Firsty as It's my first AG brew

Type: All grain Size: 7 gallons
Color:
3 HCU (~3 SRM)
Bitterness: 44 IBU
OG: 1.030 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 2.6% v/v (2.1% w/w)
Grain: 9 lb. British pale
Mash: 62% efficiency
mash temp was to low so I had to add more hot water... not acid enough...
result is a very bad mash efficiency!
very low temp 60° celsius
sparge with london tap water untreated 70°C
Boil: 85 minutes SG 1.024 9 gallons
2 tea spoon irish moss
Hops: 1.5 oz. bramling cross (7% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. bramling cross (7% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Dried S04 rehydrated with sterile wort for 1 hour
Log: This beer was brewed on 11th march 2000. Primary fermentation for a week.
secondary for 4 days.
Carbonation: 2.2 volumes Keg: 21.9 psi @ 66°F
Corn Sugar: 4.86 oz. for 7 gallons @ 65°F
priming directly in a keg
Tasting: end up with a light, clean and very aromatic bitter
almost taste like an IPA
