150° for 1.5 hours - 200° 6 qts
2.5 gal 170° sparge 30 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.044 5.5 gallons

Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (aroma)
.25 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast boh. lager
Log: pitch @ 70°,lower to 54° for 9 days. Lager 42° 2 weeks.48 hr diacetal rest.rack onto gelatin-back into fridge 2 more weeks.
Carbonation: 5 oz corn sugar primer
Tasting: excellent!
