Boil: minutes SG 1.120 1.5 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
Irish Moss added at 45 min. I package expired dried yeast added at begining of boil. 1/2 tbl spoon diamonium phosphate added at end.
Hops: 1.0 oz. Northern Brewer (7.9% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Liberty (aroma)
Yeast: White Labb German Lager yeast. No starter.
