Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Water: Tap water
Grain: 5 lb. British pale
11 oz. Wheat malt
11 oz. American crystal 10L
10 oz. Flaked oats
8 oz. Rice (raw)
Mash: 70% efficiency
124* for 20 min, 148* FOR 40 min, 158* for 30 min sparge with 170*
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.066 3 gallons
Galena .250oz 90min bitter
Mt Hood .5oz 30 min flavor
tsp irish moss 15 min
Mt Hood .250oz 5 min aroma
Hops: .250 oz. Galena (13% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: superior dry yeast at 76*
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar add 1 gallon water for bottle
Tasting: Boild for extended time to increase ABV%
