Mash: 100% efficiency
mash at 152 degrees for 60 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.033 8 gallons
Add Irish moss in the last 15 minutes of the boil
Hops: .5 oz. chinook (9.5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. cascade (5.5% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. saaz (15 min.)
Yeast: American Lager #2035 starter
Log: dry hop at secondary using .5 oz of cacade
Carbonation: forced cabonation in keg
Tasting: First batch. I'll let you know how it turns out.
