My original lager

This is my first run at developing a lager recipe. Please let me know what anyone thinks...I'll let you know how it turns out...

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
14 HCU (~9 SRM)
Bitterness: 13 IBU
OG: 1.045 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Grain: 4.0 oz. American crystal 40L
1.00 oz. American chocolate
Steep: Bring water to 165 deg and steep grains for 30 min. Remove grains and bring to boil. Add hops and irish moss. Pitch yeast and store in basement at @ 50 deg
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.113 2 gallons
6.00 lb. Light malt extract
Add Irish moss @ 15 min.
Hops: 1.15 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 60 min.)
0.91 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #2112
