Steep: Steep for 20-30 minutes at 155°F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.061 2.5 gallons
1.5kg Light dry malt extract
Add extract when boil reaches 195°F, after extract is added get rolling boil for 2-3 minutes before adding hops
Hops: 7g German Polaris (18.1% AA, 45 min.)
