600g Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
600g Belgian CaraVienne
Mash: 65% efficiency
1° step 45° C, 20 min.
2° step 52° C, 30 min.
3° step 64° C, 20 min.
4° step 70° C, 30 min.
5° step 76° C, 15 min. Mash-out
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.062 32 liters
700g Cane sugar
4 grams of Dyatomite last 15 min. of boiling.
Hops: 35g Hallertauer (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
20g Hallertauer Hersbrucker (3.5% AA, 40 min.)
Yeast: SAF-LAGER 23 or Wyeast Bavarian
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Cane Sugar: 159g for 25 liters @ 21°C
