Mash: 72% efficiency
Mash for 60 min at 146-150°F. Slowly raise mash temperature to 158°F over 30 min.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.058 14 gallons
Hops: 3 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
3 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: Split between WY2001 Urquell and WY2308 Munich
Log: Brewed February 15, 2014. Fermenting at 50°F.
