This turned out to be a very nice lager. Taste is mild with nice hop flavor in the after taste. Good head retention and near red color. Very refreshing.

Steep: 20 min at 150 F
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.097 3 gallons
6.00 lb. Light dry malt extract
Irish moss with 15 min left in boil
Hops: 2.0 oz. Saaz (3.0% AA, 60 min.)
.7 oz. Saaz (3.0% AA, 15 min.)
0.35 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: White's San Francisco lager
Carbonation: 5 oz of corn sugar
