Water: Only the finest in tap water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.060 3 gallons
3 lb. 8 oz. Light malt extract
1 lb. 8 oz. Rice extract
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 5.06 oz. for 4.5 gallons @ 70°F
Tasting: Hey, it beats the pants off Hamms!
