Honey Pilsner

This was my first attempt at a lager. I was going for a smooth drinking Pilsener with a slight honey flavor.

Tasting: 15Feb - This beer is very light, crisp, with a good honey flavor. Exactly what I wanted.

3March - The honey flavor is not as prominent as it use to be, and this has settled to be quite a delicious beer. Its definatly better with the age on it.
