Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Water: 1 tsp ca cl
Grain: 1 lb. German Pilsner
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
.5 lb. American crystal 10L
Steep: 25 minutes at 149F (=68% efficiency)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.095 2.5 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
1.5 lb. Light dry malt extract
only boil mini-mash extract and hops - NOT malt only steep for 5 minutes to keep color light
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (3.4% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.4% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.4% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (3.4% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Pilsner
