Attempt at first Pilsner. Looking for a slightly maltier style.

OG: 1.056 FG: 1.018
Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: Crystal Spring Water
Grain: 1 lb. 4 oz. German Pilsner
Steep: Steep until temperature reaches 180°.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.093 3 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: .5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Tettnang (4% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
1.5 oz. Tettnang (4% AA, 30 min.)
0 oz. Saaz (aroma)
.5 oz. Hallertau (aroma)
.5 oz. Tettnang (aroma)
Yeast: Czech Pilsner yeast
Log: Laggering notes:72° 24hrs; 63.5° 12hrs; 60° 48hrs; 55° 2 weeks; 44° 3 weeks, 36° 4 weeks.
Carbonation: Kegged
Tasting: Excellent taste, good hop taste and aroma. More amber in color than a Pilsner but a slight caramel taste that is not traditional but good. An easy drinking, good tasting beer.
