Alcohol: 9.8% v/v (7.7% w/w)
Water: I use my home water, without any adjustments
Grain: 5kg German Pilsner
Mash: 70% efficiency
52° for 15 minutes
63° for 25 minutes
72° for 20 minutes
78° for 5 minutes
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.077 20 liters
1kg 350g Wheat extract
Hops: 20g Hallertauer (2% AA, 90 min.)
20g Hallertauer Mittelfruh (7.4% AA, 90 min.)
20g Hallertauer Hersbrucker (4.7% AA, 30 min.)
20g Hallertauer Hersbrucker (4.7% AA, 15 min.)
20g Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: weihenstephan wyeast #3068
or #1762 Belgian Abbey Yeast II
Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Corn Sugar: 2.8g for .5 liters @ 18°C
Tasting: malty and mildly fruity taste
