Henry's Wee Heavy

I was very happy with this one. It has a slightly sweet, malty,
complex flavor and beautiful reddish hue. I'm brewing it again.

Alcohol: 6.5% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Grain: 10 lb. British pale
.5 lb. British Peated Malt
1.25 lb. Belgian biscuit
1.25 lb. American crystal 80L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
Mash: 64% efficiency
Use 1qt/lb of water to mash at 155° for 90 minutes.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.044 8 gallons
Hops: 1.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Edinburgh Yeast
