Alcohol: 7.9% v/v (6.2% w/w)
Grain: 0.22 lb. Roasted barley
0.44 lb. American crystal 20L
0.66 lb. Flaked barley
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.172 2 gallons
6.60 lb. Light dry malt extract
0.66 lb. Cane sugar
5 gr irishmoss 15 min
No Hop added to boil moment, the hop is added at start of 2nd week direct inside 2nd fermenter (in sterilized hop bag with a stone (sterilized too)) at travase moment
Hops: 0.66 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
0.33 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Scotthish ale
Log: ferment for 1week on primary and at least 1week on secondary (remember to put hop in secondary).Check for 2 day consecuvely if density is not decreasing and if not, bottle :)
Carbonation: standard mr.m*lt carbonation
Tasting: Very good brew.
