A slightly higher-than-style alcohol content is disguised in malty munich notes, a hint of bitterness, and a clean german hop finish. Since it's still under 6%, it's a killer session beer in any season!

Grain: 1 lb. 12 oz. Wheat malt
11 lb. 0 oz. German Munich
Mash: 72% efficiency
Add 1 oz uncrushed Black Patent malt during last 20 minutes of mash for color (~12 SRM).
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 6.8 gallons
1 tsp Irish moss at 15 minutes
Hops: .7 oz. Magnum (14.4% AA, 60 min.)
.6 oz. Perle (6.87% AA, 20 min.)
.3 oz. Tettnanger (3.25% AA, 20 min.)
.3 oz. Perle (aroma)
.6 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: Safale US-05 pitched dry with contents of 1 capsule Servomyces
Log: Ferment circa 68F
