Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Water: 1 tsp gypsum.
Grain: 8 oz. American Munich
1 lb. American crystal 20L
Steep: Grains steeped in 2 quarts water on stove, 150 degrees, 15 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 6 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
4 oz. Light dry malt extract
1/2 tsp irish moss boiled for 30 minutes.
Hops: 0.50 oz. Domestic magnum (15.8% AA, 60 min.)
1.00 oz. Cascade (7.3% AA, 45 min.)
0.50 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast #1056 with 1 pint starter 24 hours before pitching.
Log: Yeast pitched at 74 degrees.
