Single infusion batch sparge. Saccharification @ 152°F for 60 min. Batch sparge @ 168°-172°F. Collect 6.5 gallons of bre-boil runnings.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 6.5 gallons
Whirlfloc tab @ 15 min remaining.
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (6.0% AA, 60 min.)
