Grain: 500g British pale
250g Flaked wheat
Steep: Steeps grains for 60 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.094 15 liters
3kg Light malt extract
1kg Light dry malt extract
1 teaspoon irish moss add with 15 minutes to go.
1 teaspoon toasted coriander added when boil is complete.
Hops: 25g Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
25g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 50 min.)
15g Perle (8% AA, 40 min.)
10g Perle (aroma)
Yeast: East Coast Ale Yeast
