This recipe produces an ale that is INCREDIBLY TASTY..comparable to many of the finest Microbrews!!

26 HCU (~14 SRM)
Bitterness: 34 IBU
OG: 1.061 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 5.9% v/v (4.7% w/w)
Water: 2 Tsp Gypsum...1 to mash & 1 to Sparge
Grain: 10.00 lb. American 2-row
8.00 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1.50 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
Mash: 70% efficiency
155 to 158 mash as usual
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.047 6.5 gallons
Irish Moss
Hops: 1.0 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
1.0 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 10 min.)
1.5 oz. Kent Goldings dryhopped (aroma)
Yeast: 1056 American Ale - Pitch BIG!
Log: Dry hopping is a must!
Carbonation: Medium carbonation
Tasting: This beer is Smooth..Malty...Hoppy...Smooth (yea I know I said it TWICE!!) Maury aka: "HoPBoY"
