Mash: 75% efficiency
Mashed at 154F for 90 minutes.
Sparge for 45 minutes. Collected 13 gallons run-off
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 13 gallons
2 lb. Light dry malt extract
Irish moss added 15 minutes into the boil (45 min boil time).
Hops: 1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: WYeast Irish Ale Yeast 1084 - Made a starter, stepped-up twice
